Steven Klearman, Esq

Steven J. Klearman is a civil litigation attorney in Reno, Nevada and he regularly tries cases in Nevada courts.

Steve studied international law at the University of Notre Dame’s Concannon Programme of International Law in London before he received his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.

Steve completed Harvard Law School’s mediator training course in 2000. He is a court appointed mediator in the United States District Court, District for Nevada. He is also a court-appointed arbitrator in the Nevada state district court system.

Steve's articles on various aspects of law have appeared in publications both in the U.S. and abroad, including The Nevada Lawyer and The Federal Bar News and Journal.

Steve has published numerous books, but his Elements of Nevada Legal Theories (now in its 15th Anniversary Fourth Edition) is considered to be the original definitive guide to Nevada civil claims; it is widely used by Nevada judges and attorneys.

Kevin Wang, PhD

Kevin Wang, PhD, lives in Taiwan and Los Angeles and owns, oversees and sits on the board of many companies and institutions, including the Taiwan Agricultural Mechanization Research and Development Center, the Wang Rong Jun Cultural Foundation, Wang-Ta Iron Works, Rong Xiang Investment Company, Kevin Industrial and Agricultural Company, Tong Jiuh Enterprise Company, Yeh Hsing Industrial Machine Company, Ebara Densan Manufacturing Company and the Chin Hing Trading Company.

Kevin holds the exclusive license to sell Ducati motorcycles in Taiwan and he owns the Ducati dealership in Taipei, Taiwan. Kevin is also a co-owner and Manager of AttorneyPoint.com, a digital design and stock media company for attorneys located in Reno, Nevada.

Kevin received his degree in law from Fu Jen Catholic University in Taiwan. He completed his master’s degree in law from Meijo University in Japan, and he received his doctorate in law from the Macau University of Science and Technology. He is a law professor at Providence University in Taichung, Taiwan.

Kevin is an expert dressage rider and keeps horses in Taichung, Taiwan. He is a national umpire for the Chinese Taipei Equestrian Association. He has served as the vice-chairman and the secretary general of the Chinese Taipei Equestrian Association and he has ridden and competed throughout the world.
